From Dan  This roesti seems very pleased to have been eaten  A cheese made the same year as me - 1959.  We saw this at the end of our hike.  The cheese stunk.  But not as bad as me  Local signage   I’m starting to think the guide is maybe too committed to a quick pace  Somebody should speak to the guide.  But not me - she might have bullets left  Yachts are popular in Zermatt.  Residents usually sail them over the alps because of the strong winds From Sue Gorgeous hotel tonight, fun group, beautiful scenery, lovely cows, too much delicious food, cow bell music, great exercise, amazing trip, tired and time for bed. From Seth  Seth, high in the Alps with a mountain man beard. Seth and Weber at lunch on the way to Zermatt  Weber and Ella on a less than easy snow crossing.

That is Dan coming down from the pass in a sleeveless shirt and wondering why the rest of us are wearing winter clothes.  Unintentional beard pic at the pass. Photography is not one of my skills.  Another alpine lake lunch  Barb, Sue? A big sharp mountain and the fram of a Native American teepee. Sometimes Switzerland makes no sense.   2790 meters high at this pass.   The Schwarzhorn Hotel. Common bathrooms and showers but the best showers ever. The Swiss cheese makers work area just off the barn. We bought some fresh cheese and ate it for lunch. All meals in Switzerland are required to include cheese.  Weber at another freezing cold pass. We are passing from French speaking to German speaking Switzerland.  Matterhorn from St. Luc Sue looking down from her window at the Schwarzhorn hotel. Yesterday we had lunch at the Weisshorn.
