 Champex Lac on day 2. We met an American girl with what appeared to be trenchfoot or chilblains on that graddy area on the left. She has spent two days hiking in wet socks.

The quarry we swam in. We are just below Verbier ski area which is visible in the distance, We are staying in the Cordee des Alpes Gotel tonight and in mountain huts the next two nights.
